MARCELLA CLUB

Nestled on the slopes of the newly established Deer Valley East Village, Marcella is an exclusive, gated community featuring luxury amenities, consisting of a total of 140 homesites. These homesites range from .22 acres to 8.48 acres, offering stunning views of the ski resort and reservoir. The initial phase of lots is fully developed, enabling immediate construction after plan approval. Homes at Marcella must conform to specific design guidelines and will vary in size from 3,500 to 20,000 square feet, based on the lot size.

Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

The Residences at Grand Hyatt have been envisioned as the premier destination in the Deer Valley East Village resort village. Crafted by Oz Architecture, the building will feature a blend of traditional masonry and alpine design elements. A sophisticated entry with a porte-cochere will lead to common areas connecting to the private residences. Resort amenities will encompass a pool, ski lounge, ski valet, dining venues, fitness center, private storage, and underground parking facilities.
The residential segment will encompass 55 luxury condos ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The hotel section will boast 387 rooms, along with 60,000 square feet of event space including a grand ballroom, over 10,000 square feet of pre-function areas, and numerous conference rooms. Garrison Hullinger Interior Design, known for their work with prominent mountain resorts and boutique hotels, has been selected to design the interiors.
The project is slated for completion in December 2024. Residence owners can choose to participate in the Luxury Condominium Residence Program for rentals or opt for another property manager, or decide not to rent out their residence. Reserved parking will be provided for owners. Residences will be sold unfurnished to allow for personal customization. Each unit will come with a privately assigned storage space on a separate level. Situated next to the ski beach, residents will enjoy convenient access to the lifts with just a 500-foot walk.

Park City Mountain Summer Happenings

CANYONS GOLF  |  MAY 24TH

PARK CITY, Utah — In a news release Wednesday, Park City Mountain announced that Canyons Golf is scheduled to open on May 24, Park City Mountain Village Adventure Park will open on June 8, and Canyons Village will follow suit on June 15.

Epic passes for the 2024-25 season are currently on sale here. A new My Epic Gear program also offers a family gear membership; 24/25 memberships are limited, and memberships can be purchased here.
